Two For One Pie Recipe


Ingredients:
  Crust recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 and 1/2 butter stick
  • 3 yolks
  • 1/2 sugar cup
  • 3 cups self rising flour
  • 2 or 3 spoonful of milk
 Now lets start from the bottom  mix sugar and softened butter till looks creamy then add egg yolks (save the whites for your meringue) add the flour and the milk a bit at the time i say this because the consistency of the crust has to be sticky yet still easy to handle once you have your 2  pie pans greased put half in each and bake on 350 °don't forget to poke some holes and just get it barely golden let it cool
Now with both crust get the mix pie done pour in each cool again this time in refrigerator remember to take out at least 15 minutes be4 you start making meringue so wont weep.
one you put meringue on top brown on oven for just a little bit but watch it it easy to burn it
