Vegetable Good

Ingredients:
  • onions 2
  • collard greens 1 frozen or can (if you choose the latter drain very good)
  • spinach
  • eggs 4
  • velvetta cheese 1/4 cup or Parmesan 1/4 cup
  • butter
  • garlic
  • parsley
  • bell pepper
  • salt ,pepper
Preparation
saltee with butter  bell pepper and onions chopped fine add garlic and parsley  let it simmer add collar greens and spinach and a little milk and cook on low stirring add the rest of the ingredients and pour on a mold bake at 350 for around 20 minutes check with a knife to see if it is cooked all the way some ovens work different so check often
