Vegetable Good
Ingredients:
- onions 2
- collard greens 1 frozen or can (if you choose the latter drain very good)
- spinach
- eggs 4
- velvetta cheese 1/4 cup or Parmesan 1/4 cup
- butter
- garlic
- parsley
- bell pepper
- salt ,pepper
saltee with butter bell pepper and onions chopped fine add garlic and parsley let it simmer add collar greens and spinach and a little milk and cook on low stirring add the rest of the ingredients and pour on a mold bake at 350 for around 20 minutes check with a knife to see if it is cooked all the way some ovens work different so check often
