My own version of Tortillas

Ingredients
•    1 pound of grounded meat
•    1 bell pepper
•    1 onion
•    I cup of baby carrots
•    2 cup of rice
•    2 spoonful of butter
•    1 can of tomato sauce
•    Saffron
•    Garlic
•    Pepper
•    Salt
•    Tortillas from 8 to 10 depends on size
•    Shredded cheese to grate
Ingredients for white sauce
•    Milk
•    Flour
•    Salt
•    Pepper
•    Butter
Preparation sauté  in butter onion, chopped garlic, salt, saffron, bell pepper and carrots later add meat and when the onions turn transparent add the tomato sauce and the rice add water for rice at least 3 cups add salt or the condiments you like let it simmer for about 40 minutes or hour …
Get a rectangular pan oven safe and put some tomato on the bottom and a few drops of oil then get the tortillas filled them up with the rice mix you have just cook and rolled them up let it set.
Making your white sauce melt the butter then milk and add spoon-full  of flour( one at the time until it gets consistency) get another can of tomato or just use the white sauce and the grated cheese to cover your rolls.
Cook on oven in 350 for about 30 to 45 minutes you might want to do the last 5 or so on higher so will give a nice brown look.
