Pork Pie

                                                                                          Ingredients

  •      Pie crust 2
  •     1 pound ground sausage
  •  2 onions
  •   Mexican peppers I use 3 or 4 and take the seeds out
  •   sour cream 5 tablespoon (but use less if u want)
  •   A bit of milk mix with flour (helps hold the inside better)
  •   butter

Preparation

Chop onions and peppers and put them on skillet with butter till they turn clear or they done then add the ground sausage cook it then add all the rest set your crust on your pie mold put the filling and close it with the top crust cook for about 20 to 40 depends on your oven in bake 350 will do on a electric one but just until the crust looks done
