If you still have not caught up with your new year’s resolution here is a little push , this is a great diet (if u combine exercise )to lose fat and gain muscle ;was given to me by a personal trainer so is good stuff put it to use! and if anyone interested I can also post a daily exercise routine Kudos!
Diet
1. Breakfast
* Coffee, tea or green tea
*2 wheat bread toast with light sour cream
2. Half morning
*1 apple or pear
3. Lunch
*8oz of chicken or fish or red meat with salad or cooked vegetables
4. Half afternoon
*1 diet yogurt
5. (2 hours later)….egg whites cooked (up to 4)
6. Dinner
*8 oz chicken or fish or red meat with salad or cooked vegetables
7.Tips
*Don’t eat white bread sugar sweets cokes fry food lunch meat potatoes French fries rice*1 or alcohol
*drink ½ to 1 gallon of liquids a day
*use low sodium salt
*use oil and vinegar in salads
*1. Rice just once a week, limit one fruit a day, when eating fresh vegetables next meal do cooked ones
